Junior College (Intermediate – First Year)

To be eligible for admission to the First Year Junior College, students must have successfully passed the 10th class from SSC/CBSE/ICSE. The admission process follows the guidelines set by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana.

Required Documents (Original & 2 Photocopies Each):

• Statement of Marks (Class X)
• Passing Certificate (Class X)
• Leaving Certificate OR Transfer Certificate
• 4 Recent Stamp-Size Photographs
• Additional documents, if required, will be specified during admission.
• For students from boards other than SSC, a Migration Certificate must be submitted later for eligibility confirmation.

Degree College (Undergraduate Programs – First Year)

To be eligible for admission to Degree Programs at Qalam, students must have successfully completed the Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board (SSC/CBSE/ICSE/Telangana Intermediate Board or any other recognized board). Students from other states or boards must provide a Migration Certificate for verification.

Required Documents (Original & 2 Photocopies Each):

• Statement of Marks (Intermediate / 10+2 or equivalent)
• Intermediate / 10+2 Passing Certificate
  Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended institution
• Migration Certificate (for students from boards outside Telangana)
• Aadhaar Card (or any valid ID proof)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• 4 Recent Passport-Size Photographs
• Any additional documents required will be communicated during the admission process.
